Tell us how many knives you’d like to have sharpened and schedule to have them picked up by calling, texting, or emailing us. We will be happy to answer any questions about the sharpening, your knives, or any preferences you might have. If we pick up your knives in the morning, we will hand them back to you in the afternoon. However, if an afternoon/evening pick-up is scheduled, knives will be delivered the following morning.
It is our priority to keep ourselves and our customers safe and healthy during the pandemic. In order to prepare the knives for pick up in a safe and healthy manner please clean and wrap them in disposable paper towels or cardboard or roll them into a clean dish towel placed inside a disposable bag.
The whole process could be completely contactless if you are able to leave them in a designated and safe area of your porch or apartment complex shortly before we pick them up. If this is not possible or not a preference, we will simply ring the bell or call, meeting you with a smile underneath our face masks. All knives will be cleaned and sanitized before being delivered.
